In the town of Wuppertal, Germany, artist Horst Glasker has made this work on the Holsteiner Stairs, called Scala. On each of the 112 stairs, Glasker has painted a colour, then stencilled a word describing the relationships between human beings, like terror + love, prosecution + trust, despair + hope, revenge + kiss.
